City of Mishawaka Departments
- The Police Department takes an active role in our community and neighborhoods to keep Mishawaka safe.
- The Fire and EMS Department provides an appropriate, safe and professional response to fire, medical and environmental emergencies.
- This department is responsible for the upkeep and management of the park systems across the city.

Recently, important information about lead in your drinking water was distributed to Mishawaka residents. We take the potential for the presence of lead in drinking water very seriously and while there is no lead in drinking water that leaves our water treatment plants, we are committed to providing all information necessary to ensure our residents feel safe.
